■スノードームについて
・手作業で仕上げているため、雪の量・フィギュアの傾きなど、本体の形状には個体差があります。
・ガラス表面に傷が見られる場合がございます。またフィギュア部分に黒点・表面状態のムラなど、製造時に生じる個体差がございます。
・ドーム内のスノーとともに、小さな異物が混入している場合がございます。
・時間経過と共に少しずつ水位が下がり、ドーム上部に気泡が発生します。個体差はございますが構造状避けられない現象です。
・保存状況や時間経過によりフィギュアの劣化・水の変質などが生じる場合がございます。
・静電気によりフィギュアにスノーが付着していることがございます。こちらはドーム内にくるくると少し早めの水流を起こすとはがれやすくなります。お試しいただく際は落とさないようお気を付けください。
・スノードームは「永遠の美しさ」を保つ商品ではございません。永遠ではないが故の「時の経過の美しさ」をお楽しみいただけましたら幸いです。

These snow domes are inspired by the works “Aomori Dog” created by Yoshitomo Nara, an artist from Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture.
They were released as original goods to coincide with the exhibition “Yoshitomo Nara: The Beginning Place — Koko kara” (held from October 14, 2023 to February 25, 2024) at the Aomori Museum of Art.

■ About the Snow Globe
・Each snow globe is handcrafted. As a result, individual differences may occur in the amount of snow, the tilt of the figure, and the overall shape. Please note that these variations are part of the product’s characteristics.
・Due to the hand-finishing process, minor scratches may be visible on the glass surface. In addition, the figure may show small black spots, uneven coloring, or surface irregularities caused during production.
・Small foreign particles may be mixed in with the snow inside the dome as a result of the manufacturing process.
・Over time, the water level inside the dome may gradually decrease and air bubbles may form at the top. Although the degree varies between items, this is an unavoidable structural characteristic of snow globes.
・Depending on storage conditions and the passage of time, deterioration of the figure or changes in water quality may occur.
・Snow may adhere to the figure due to static electricity. This may be loosened by gently creating a slightly faster water flow inside the dome. Please handle with care to avoid dropping or damaging the product.
・Snow globes are not products designed to maintain a permanent, flawless appearance. We hope you will appreciate the unique character and beauty that develops over time.
■ Exchanges / Inquiries
・Future sales plans for this product are undetermined.
・We do not accept exchanges or returns based on the above conditions. Only glass breakage, water leakage, or detachment of the figure from its base upon arrival will be handled as manufacturing defects.
・We are unable to provide information regarding online shop or in-store stock availability upon inquiry.
・Individual notifications regarding restocks are not available. Please use the “Restock Request” service if applicable.
